New level-access stop on William Street

Fresh tram infrastructure! After a week of 24 hour construction, today we opened a brand-new level-access tram stop on William Street in the CBD!

Beyond easier access for all members of our community, stop safety has been enhanced with new collision barriers and fencing to separate passengers from traffic and cyclists, and there are now more marked pedestrian crossing points.
 
Well done to all those who worked to build this new stop quickly and with a minimum of disruption to the local community.
